Backed by an experience of 22 years and a blended expertise with the faculty of 20+ years, Vidhathri was founded with the intent of enabling students to bridge the gap between academic learning and counter the levels to industrial standards.
Our objective is to sharpen the students by accessing suitable training in order to help them crack competitive exams in the jurisdiction and beyond.Aiming to become a cutting edge centre in the area of applied chemical sciences and technology, Vidhathri as an institute is a skill development vocational training centre which believes in concept teaching all through clarification.
The study concept is initially based on Maths and Science furthermore in Chemistry for graduates and postgraduates.

Dr. Madhu Ganesh

Dr. Madhu Ganesh is a chemistry graduate, completed his M.Sc. in Chemistry from Mangalore university in 2000 with First Class and First Rank. After a brief industrial stint at M/S Syngene International Pvt. Ltd and upon completing CSIR-NET, he joined Department of Chemistry @ IIT Bombay as a research student and completed his Ph.D. studies (2007) by working on fascinating chemistry involving organic electrophiles.
He carried the post-doctoral research at the University of Rutgers, New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. It was followed by a sequential post-doctoral training at the department of Medicinal Chemistry, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, New Jersey, and City College, New York. Further, he was a research investigator at M/S Biocon Bristol Myers Squibb R&D Centre, Bengaluru, and turned his attention to academia by acting in the roles of assistant professor and associate professor. He has guided one Ph.D. student and several M.Sc students for internships.
His interest in entrepreneurship revolves around career guidance/coaching, synthesis of API intermediates, waste recycling with an emphasis on lower emissions, and nutraceuticals. His motto is to set up a state of the art food testing laboratory for the detection of adulterants hampering health of Indians. His research interests include synthetic organic chemistry, chiral and medicinal chemistry. His teaching-coaching interests span around Organic Chemistry, Indian Engineering Chemistry including spectroscopy.
In December 2022, he started ‘Vidhathri Academy’ that Strives for NEP-STEM Education of secondary school students and promote research and Industry programs for bachelor and post-graduatestudents in Chemical-Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology.
Shivasharan Revoore
Operations Manager (Ex-Officio) @Vidhathri Academy
Shivsharan is responsible for overseeing Vidhathri Academy’s overall operations as the general manager, as well as leading the marketing and relationship management efforts in academic placements and services.
With an extensive background spanning three decades, Shivasharan brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at reputable companies such as NELCO, Wipro, Aricent, Patni, and ABB. Throughout his career, he has worked across various industry sectors, including electronics, software and product development, and customization.
Shivasharan earned his postgraduate degree in electronics from Shivaji University in Kolhapur. His core strengths lie in strategic thinking, problem-solving, relationship marketing, operational execution, and collaborative approaches to marketing. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive new product development by successfully orchestrating and managing major projects under his purview.
By leveraging his expertise and skills, Shivasharan is poised to enhance Vidhathri’s overall performance, strengthen customer relationships, and drive innovation within the company.

Narendra Adnoor
Narendra Adnoor is a Social Entrepreneur from Bangalore having done Post Graduation from IIT Chicago, Management Degree from IIM Bangalore.
Worked in various MNC’s in USA, China, Japan and India.
Have invested and managing Renewable Energy, Information Technology, Real Estate, Pharma, Education, and Publishing Ventures.
Currently Chairman and Managing Director of M/S Sudhanva Technologies, Bangalore based Renewable Energy Startup. Sudhanva has many cutting edge technology products and solutions in Solar, Energy Storage, Smart City and Smart Village.
Narendra is further involved in steering Vidhathri’s missionto set up entities in therapeutics, circular economy and technology of interest to the nation.

Dr. Saravanan Vadivelu
Founder-Director
M/S Onium Life Sciences
Dr. Saravanan is the founder and director of Onium life Sciences. His core expertise is synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and drug discovery. Prior to Onium life sciences, He has worked as a project leader in multiple drug discovery projects at M/S Jubilant Biosys and managed multiple programs of various international clients and jubilant innovation. He also led teams which worked on synthesis of focused compound libraries and custom synthesis of organic compounds. He has a very good exposure to various target classes (epigenetics, kinases, ion channels and proteases) and diverse therapeutic areas (cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and pain). He has handled stepwise project transitions from target validation to the clinical candidate selection. A significant contribution during his stay at M/S Jubilant Biosys is the out-licensing deal of a BRD4 clinical candidate to Fortress biotech. He was also a key member of the team that delivered a clinical candidate for a neurodegenerative disease in collaboration with a major pharma company.

Over eight years of industrial experience in reputed companies [Seven years as Scientist and Senior scientist at Merck Life Science (Legacy Sigma Aldrich)].
Brings 15 years of extensive experience in R&D, covering vast areas of synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and materials.
Founder, Director and Consultant at SudhiShubha ChemSynthons LLP (www.sudhishubha.com), he is responsible for the overall management of operations, business development and customer relations.
Dr. Ramesh Dalavai

Dr. Dalavai’s Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Pharmaceutical Company, Bangalore-India is founded as a Process Organic and Medicinal Chemist. The founder began working in the pharmaceutical industry as a trainee for synthetic chemist in Synthetic Chemistry R&D, where he learned the value of the industry in general and API’s in particular. The founder understood that the pharmaceutical industry is the most valuable industry worldwide. This inspired him to start his own business and provide goods that help make final API pharmaceuticals that directly benefit society. In addition to being a business, it allows us to do social service by producing API RM’s and Generic API medications.
The fact that the founder has experience with Process Development of APIs, Discovery Chemistry (DC), Medicinal Chemistry (Med-Chem), Phytochemistry, Chemical Development (CDMO & CRAMS), amino acids, peptides, resins, pilot scale manufacturing to bulk scale manufacturing and commercialization of NCE’s gives him more confidence to pursue an entrepreneurial career and contribute to the supply of API synthons and final API’s.
