EVALUATION
EVALUATION
The student evaluated on the base of weekly tests, seminars, and group discussion.
Continuous internal evaluation will be a testament to the student so as to check performance on a weekly basis.
There will be mid-term (end of 2 month) and final examination (end of 4 months) for the long-term courses.
Both theory and practical components will be tested.
CERTIFICATION
CERTIFICATION
A certificate will be issued to all successful candidates scoring no less than 55% of the maximum marks.Nonetheless, the candidates will be provided with Participation Certificates as well.The tests consist of following weightage.
For Theory Courses
(2 – 5 months)
Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE: 20% weightage)
Midterm semester (40% weightage)
End term exam (40% weightage)
For Practical Courses
(4 to 8 weeks)
Isolation of requisite material through quality analysis and guided by faculty or training personnel (30%)
Isolation of requisite material through exams conducted through individual contribution or unguided channel (70% weightage)
For Internship
(12 weeks)
Identifying a new route or compound (60% weightage); Reaching the milestone (20% weightage); Sufficient data for publication (20% weightage)
